Due to Covid-19 pandemic I’m offering therapy online with end-to-end encrypted video conferencing, and abide to high standards, policies and netiquette of BACP.

I offer psychotherapy and sex counselling in London providing safe, confidential and empathic space essential in enhancing your potential for recovery, so when we finish, you may be able to lead a fuller and richer life.

Identifying own needs may feel difficult at the start, especially since our busy lives in London distracts from stay in harmony with own feelings, behaviour and thoughts. My empathic and accepting approach to psychotherapy will be assisting your journey in enhancing an awareness and self-reflection.

I bring my real sense of self into therapy work in an accessible and open way. My aim is to create a trusted bond with you, essential to build your awareness of the both self-destructive relational patterns as well as empathy and acceptance, vital to support you in making a satisfactory change.

Counselling is a co-created relationship where a client as well as a practitioner are involved in process, this same way as crew of a sail, who set off the cruise to find your coveted land. As counselling progresses, I, together with you, encounter calm water, undulating seas and stormy weather. Mutual trust is essential in every condition from silence to a gale. Furthermore, I see my work as openness to not-knowing and willingness to explore.

The service I offer online as well as in the therapy office in West (Ealing) part of London it’s a regular, usually weekly meeting where we concentrate on what is going on in your present, make sense of your past and explore circumstances guiding you in making choices for the future. Each of us is unique, however, everyone’s aim is to cultivate a life that is self-compassionate, authentic and vital. The goal of psychotherapy and counselling is to help you achieve that state.

It is recommended to attend counselling and psychotherapy sessions when you feel that life’s difficulties are overwhelming and that you are unable to cope with them. This is especially so when your own ways and solutions of dealing with life’s problems and crises become ineffective and can themselves become the source of issues.
