Counselling changes lives
The main issues which I work with, but are not limited to, are: relationship difficulties, sexual problems, trauma, abuse, shame, bereavement, anxiety, depression, loneliness, panic attacks, loss and grief, low self-esteem, anger management and overworking amongst many others.
Determining the length of therapy
I offer long and short-term therapy. The length of the treatment will depend of what you aiming to achieve as well as depth and length of the problems which you are struggling with. You can attend psychotherapy sessions at West London (Ealing and Acton area) or work with me remotely and we can explore together the length of your psychotherapy or counselling.
Psychotherapy as an ethical practice
Psychotherapy I offer it is a mutually co-created relational process, where I pay attention to confidentiality, esteem, safety, alliance and mutual trust. Hence, the professional boundaries of my ethical conduct – procedures and policies will be discussed individually during your initial session.
The work conduct and ethical principles, which I abide to are available at the websites of: British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and Metanoia Institute in London. I also regularly monitor my work with accredited supervisor.

Mutual respect, trust and confidentiality are key factors in counselling
In the psychotherapy, counselling and sex therapy service that I am providing in London, I seek to create a space where mutual understanding and trust is highly valued. Confidentiality, safety and the building of esteem are key cornerstones in this relationship. As a result, I have put policies and procedures in place to safeguard your privacy, maintain professional boundaries and ensure that I work within ethical codes of practice. I will explain and discuss these aspects with you at our first session. In addition, you may wish to see evidence of my qualifications, including my certificates and diplomas from London-based educational institutions. I can outline my background in the areas of psychotherapy, counselling and sex therapy, along with my current membership of professional bodies. During the first session, we will also discuss cost per session, as well as the scheduling of dates and times in which to meet.
